Manager, Responsible Souring & Communications (REMOTE)
The Responsible Sourcing Manager manages the end-to-end Signet Responsible Sourcing Protocol (SRSP) process to maintain the integrity of Signet's commitment to the responsible sourcing of the jewelry it offers to customers and to the trust that customers have in Signet's consumers brands.
The Manager works regularly with suppliers and third-party data aggregators to further the company's position as the industry's responsible sourcing leader through corporate reporting and disclosures.
The SRSP is the foundation of Signet's conflict-free and responsible sourcing claims.
The proper management of the SRSP is crucial to all stakeholders and held to a high standard and likewise is internally audited and benchmarked as an industry-leading open-source protocol.
Working with the Director and the cross-functional supplier compliance teams, this role upholds the integrity and continued advancement of the SRSP process - in content, supplier engagement support and process innovation.
KEY RESPONISBILITIES :
Manages and executes all aspects of the annual Signet Responsible Sourcing Protocol (SRSP) process, including :

Establishes and maintains supplier relationships as Signet's primary vendor point of contact for supplier management for all consumer brands2.
Innovates the annual reporting process to incorporate Robotic Process Automation, supplier database establishment outside of paper; and cross-functional process improvements within brands and shared services (Enterprise Souring & Ethics / Compliance)3.
Engages direct suppliers in completing the annual SRSP report(s),audit follow-through, and audit analysis work4.
Develops and executes Vendor Compliance Working Group engagement activities related to SRSP execution, including process innovation, analysis, presentation, and follow-through (e.
g.
SRSP systematic upgrades, vendor delinquency status, direct-to-vendor communication needs and audit-ready purchase cessation processes)As an integral member of the Sustainability team, this role connects business activities and outputs with disclosure options turning data into knowledge, e.
g.
SRSP compliance within payables; and Key / Strategic Supplier annual ratification to support Corporate Sustainability Goals (CSGs) and supplier engagement.
Project manages data collection and reporting for the company's inquiries regarding supplier compliance and status, e.
g.
Responsible Jewelry Council membership status; vendor leadership and points of contact within; payables reconciliation and subsequent vendor analysis; and gold ounce data analysis for mandatory SEC Conflict Minerals Report creation and filing.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree or high in a relevant work field8

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
