Due to ourcontinued growth, we are currently seeking qualified applicants to join ourTeam.
The position will be responsible for collaborating with thecommercial team on the demand forecast and the development of the supply plan insupport of the company's growth objectives. The position is responsible for the management of the planning team andwill be a key resource on all product launches. He / she will report to the VP, Global Supply Chain.
Desirededucation:
B.S. degree in science or engineering field preferred, B.A. in businessfrom an accredited university considered
CSCP,CPIM, or CPSM designation preferred
Leanmanufacturing and/or six sigma green belt desired

Experience:
Aminimum of 10 year experience within Supply Chain required
A minimum of 5 year experience in master scheduling and production capacityplanning is required
Aminimum of 5 year management experience required
Experienceleading S&OP process
Responsiblefor optimization of Inventory Turns, OTD, E&O Inventory.
Experiencewith developing talent of direct reports
Experienceworking in low cost supply base regions such as Asia and/or Eastern Europe ispreferred including overseas manufacturing / sourcing transfers
Musthave a proven track record of identifying and leading cost reductioninitiatives
FDA,ISO regulated industry experience is required
Trackrecord of contributing to supply chain process improvements, and / orcontinuous improvements
Demonstratedability to drive change
Experience with Cosmetic and OTC Drug contract fillingexperience is desired
