Penske has open Regional Over-The-Road driver positions supporting the aluminum manufacturing business in the Midwest, based out of Ravenswood, WV. You will enjoy brand new, top-of-the-line equipment that is expertly maintained with 24/7 support. Position
Summary:
You will be part of an in-house fleet supporting Constellium, a leading manufacturer of aluminum products for the Aerospace industry. Freight types consist of aluminum coils and plate stock. Routes are primarily throughout the Midwest with some lanes serving the northeast, TX and FL. Typically we will be routing a driver out of Ravenswood and back with a backhaul. Some backhaul activity may turn into a load that goes to another location that will ultimately provide us with a load to get the driver back home. All drivers will be home weekly and some are home a couple of times a week.
Equipment:
All 2016 Freightliner Cascadia Condo's and all tractors are assigned
All 2016 Conestoga Aluminum Flat Beds
Compensation Package:
$65 to $75K annual W2 potential
$4000 sign-on/retention bonus the first year
All miles paid plus paid stops, lay-overs and delays
$.49 cents a mile (approximately 2000 plus miles a week)
Paid stops at $25.00 each (approximately 3 per week)
Paid lay-overs at $25.00 each (approximately 3 per week)
Paid delays at $16.00 per hour (compensable after 2 hours)
Monthly performance bonuses (up to $150 quarterly)

Qualifications:
At least 23 years of age, CDL Class A license required
24 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 5 years
3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations/accidents
Ability to pass DOT Physical, DOT Drug Screen and background screening process

We also have a lucrative driver referral program, which gives you the opportunity to earn additional dollars.
Earn $500 if your first referred driver is hired
Earn $1000 if your second referred driver is hired
Earn $1500 for your third and each subsequent referred driver(s) that are hired driver
You are entered into company-wide drawings for quarterly and annual prizes
Additionally, we will give out $25 Gift Card for anyone who gives us successful leads to get candidates into the hiring process (give us a name and number, we will call that person to get them to apply)!

Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
