Summary:
The Production Supervisor is a team leader, coordinator, coach and mentor to a team of highly trained, multi-roll, self managed Technicians. The Production Supervisor has overall responsibility for the safe and successful production of all products and processes within the facility and uses continuous improvement techniques to drive plant wide improvements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Driving a safety conscience culture by being an active participant on the plant Safety Committee.
Driving high house keeping standards in all areas of the operation.
Promote and maintain a team environment that encourages employees to get engaged in the operation and take ownership of tasks.
Lead and/or participate in, continuous improvement projects as required.
Ensuring the effective utilization of time and equipment by all self managed work teams.
Ensuring that product quality standards and production deadlines are met.
Ensuring maintenance of cost effective and high-standard production.
Continuously evaluate work force and equipment capabilities and effectiveness to recommend where improvements can be made.
Promote an open, honest, listen and accountable environment with all personnel.
Working out the material and human resources as needed.
Participate in production and staff meetings as requested.
Working with managers effectively to execute the policies and goals of the organization.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
Minimum Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D.
3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing positions showing increasing levels of responsibilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
