Our client, a well-established, growing company located near Akron, Ohio is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join its Finance Team.
Responsible for the day-today tasks of retail deduction management, collection of customer payments and cash application, including retail payment application and related collections on customer accounts, reconciliation of Accounts Receivable accounts, assisting customers, compiling and analyzing data to resolve any discrepancies and assisting with month-end closing activities.
Must have outstanding customer service, organization, communication and multi-tasking skills. Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Experience with Pivot tables is a plus.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field and a minimum of one year accounts receivable experience is required (in a retail environment is preferred).
