Accounting Analyst

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Ability to analyze client bookkeeping and accounting records
Create and post adjusting entries to client records
Knowledge of payroll and payroll tax returns, and sales and use tax returns
Ability to prepare cash and accrual financial statements
Ability to prepare individual and business tax returns
Ability to design excel spreadsheets based on document guidelines
Knowledge of IRS information reporting requirements
Qualification Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in Accounting highly preferred
3-5 years full charge bookkeeping experience required
Excellent Analytical and critical thinking skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and all levels within the organization
Proficient use of technologyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
