Facilities Maintenance Technicians
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on all mechanical
equipment including tow motor and diesel engines. Also includes maintenance on buildings, mechanical equipment,
electrical systems and utility systems which may include using lifts to reach height requirements.
Calibration, pneumatic's, electrical and some welding a plus. Also, building maintenance including windows, doors,locks
computer cables etc.Responsible for all OSHA SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.
Maintain records of all scheduled maintenance procedures. Perform outside custodial duties, snow removal etc.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience / education . Required experience in Mechanics and preferable welding and diesel engines . Read and interpret mechanical drawing , schematics
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
PASS BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
