Finance Manager Global Sourcing Analysis
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director Global Supply Chain, the Finance Manager Global Sourcing Analysis partners with members of the Global Operations team to drive sourcing strategies, identify optimal total network cost, and deliver sound financial recommendations for finished product sourcing. The role also leads efforts to ensure ongoing focus and achievement of global working capital goals driving reporting clarity and enhanced analytics.
Job Requirements:
An undergraduate business, supply chain or engineering degree is required; an M.B.A. or other advanced degree is desirable.
Minimum of 5-7 years progressively increased financial planning and analysis responsibility preferably in global manufacturing and supply chain environments.
Advanced financial analysis skills including costing, discounted cash flows, and working capital models.
Able to understand and deal with standard costing, overhead absorption, currency translation, transfer price, taxation, duties and consolidated financial statements.
Experience with framing and developing sourcing decision financials including discounted cash flow/ROI modeling.
Advanced Excel skills, strong knowledge of relevant financial systems such as Hyperion, EDW, BI and SAP ERP.
Able to thoroughly understand and analyze from different perspectives manufacturing and transportation business models, and to create well-reasoned solutions.
Innately comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
Strong communications skills, able to present ideas and information clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences.
Interpersonal skills that establish and maintain excellent global relationships and credibility quickly. Creates team atmosphere while achieving key objectives.
Demonstrated ethical and moral behavior; unquestionable integrity and character.
