We are seeking a Business Valuation Manager to join our team of skilled professionals.
As a Business Valuation Manager, you will have the opportunity to perform an array of services for clients, including:
Performing business valuation and other consulting services for estate and gift taxes, purchasing and selling businesses and litigation purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, developing financial models, financial statement analysis, general financial, economic and industry research, report writing, and public company research.
Performing litigation support services involving marital dissolution, shareholder disputes, economic damages and other miscellaneous litigation cases involving economic damages and value determinations.
Desired Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, the Business Valuation Manager will have a Bachelors degree in Business, with a focus on Finance, Economics or Accounting. 5
years of business valuation experience is required. Certification as an ABV, CVA, ABA, or CPA license is preferred. In addition, a background working with closely-held businesses in diverse industries is preferred.
The ideal candidate will also possess:
Litigation support, purchase price allocation / intangible asset valuations, ESOP valuations and transaction services experience is needed.
Excellent computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), interpersonal communication, and writing skills are required.
A solid and well-connected network, for business development purposes and ensuring the continued success of the practice.
