As a toddler teacher you will be making a difference in the life of a child everyday. The toddler teacher is the caring, attentive role model that guides the children through a nurturing educational environment.
Here are some of the key aspects of a toddler teacher's position:
Implementing age appropriate curriculum.
Establish and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment including the assurance that all state regulations are being met.
Observing, supporting and advancing the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of the children in a nurturing environment.
Communicating professionally and effectively with families.
Participating positively and effectively with coworkers
Candidates who are familiar with Creative Curriculum, ASQ and Step Up to Quality are preferred.The toddler position requires an Early Childhood degree or equivalent.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
