Preschool Teacher
Come join our team! Kozmic Korner is looking for a preschool teacher who is dedicated and has a passion for working with young children. As a preschool teacher you will be making a difference in the life of a child every day. Preschool provides children with a solid base on which to build their future. You will be playing a pivotal role in establishing that base. The preschool teacher is the caring, attentive role model that guides the children through a nurturing educational environment.
Here are some of the key aspects of a Preschool Teacher's position:
Implementing age appropriate curriculum that is child directed.
Establish and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment including the assurance that all state regulations are being met.
Observing, supporting and advancing the cognitive, social, emotional and physical development of the children in a nurturing environment.
Communicating professionally and effectively with families.
Participating positively and effectively with coworkers.
Candidates who are familiar with Creative Curriculum, ASQ and Step Up to Quality are preferred. The preschool position requires an Early childhood degree or equivalent.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
