The DOORS administrator is a critical player in the day to day operation of engineering programs. The administrator supports users with access requests, DOORS project architecture, Object Linking, Requirement definition and review, change board administration, DXL scripting, importing documents, exporting modules, archiving, and customer deliveries.
In addition to supporting the daily activities of the programs the DOORS administrator identifies improvement opportunities in the requirements gather/analysis/review process, the change board process, and all associated software and tools. Likewise the DOORS administrator is a Subject Matter Expert in database design, requirements definition and analysis, and Rational DOORS. The DOORS Administrator will occasionally host training in DOORS and other related topics.
