Position Description:
Responsible for managing, organizing and supervising the assigned Epic project team(s). Ensures teams perform efficiently to produce excellent outcomes during initial implementation, subsequent release implementation, software optimization and ongoing support of the electronic health record (EHR). Utilizes applicable knowledge and experience to coordinate all aspects of the implementation, testing and training of the assigned Epic applications or functional areas. Identifies innovative uses and solutions based on best practices. Responsible for project management of new application implementations as required. Provides oversight of ongoing upgrades to the EHR. Point of contact for Epic integration with other deployed EHR applications and future applications. Mentor and a resource for Epic project team members. Facilitates process transformation and ongoing performance improvement activities of the EHR. Liaison between Epic project teams and Epic. Responsible for supervising and day to day management of personnel functions, and employee concerns. Performs special projects as assigned. Oversees project staff work plans, assigned duties, responsibilities and provides advice to resolve problems. Works cooperatively with other departments and vendor(s) to accomplish goals of the project implementation(s). Responsible for creating, tracking and maintaining budget. Creates, reviews and approves employee training plans and performs employee evaluations. Defines and adheres to SLA's.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor Degree in related field required. Minimum of five (5) years experience in a Healthcare related field including management experience and IT related experience required. Minimum of two (2) years working with an EHR preferred. Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, time management, organizational, and analytical skills required. Experience with project management and leadership required. Experience with Microsoft products: Word, Excel, Visio and Sharepoint. Ability to work additional hour and take call as needed. Ability to travel to obtain additional certification, and to attend meetings (User Group, Advisory Council) as requested. Epic certified in at least 1 Epic application preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
