External Patient Service Representative
Accepting applications from candidates that has the knowledge and skill set necessary to be a successful External Patient Service Representative. We want an External Patient Service Representative who has previous experience with patient registration, insurance processing or appointment scheduling, working knowledge of computerized appointment scheduling system, insurance processing or other related office functions, basic math skills, and an HS Diploma or GED.
Primary responsibilities associated with the External Patient Service Representative position include recruiting, initiating protocol, and training patients on MyChart system, performing screening and scheduling of interpreter services, collecting co-pays, and helping with other duties as needed.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
