OuterBox is looking for an entry to mid level front-end developer. Responsibilities will include:
HTML, CSS, Javascript, and content updates to existing sites.
Crafting new sites from scratch following robust standards documentation.
Working with the team to improve overall production quality and output
Outerbox's production team is very fast paced, with a large volume of existing and new clients. Applicants must be able to switch between many different tasks, work with deadlines, and take direction.
Skill Requirements:
HTML (HTML5, knowledge of XHTML and further back is a plus)
CSS including CSS3
Javascript and JQuery, specifically for functionality such as carousels, galleries, tabs, etc.
Image optimization
Photoshop (ability to slice pages from .psds)
Quality control skills
Content Management System (CMS) experience
A healthy understanding of web standards, semantics, accessibility, and SEO friendly markup
Knowledge of classic ASP, and /or .net razor views is a plus.
