Increase sales of Electronic Assembly Equipment and related process materials in Northern Ohio and Western
Develop and maintain sound, mutually beneficial, long term relationships with our customers, prospects and principals.
Focus on named accounts within the territory,80/20 rule.
Exceed customer expectations by providing equipment and material solutions that will positively affect their companys bottom line.
Represent a leader in the industry, up hold at any cost the integrity and loyalty that our company has maintained for over 50 years.
Reporting Relationship:
The Outside Sales Professional reports directly to the President and will also maintain a close relationship with our equipment and material suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Calling on both large and small companies in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Consistently a hunter by exceeding the territory sales plan and conducting cold calls to develop new accounts and drive growth.
Working with process/manufacturing engineers, supervisors, operations managers, presidents and owners of companies. Must call at ALL levels within our customers organization.
Selling mid to high end capital equipment which in many cases requires a long sales cycle.
Selling lower cost distributor type supplies used in our customers manufacturing processes by introducing our companys web store.
Continuous education of our products, industry trends, and customers requirements is required in an effort to provide sound technical solutions to our customers.
Maintain territory database in Microsoft CRM. This to include prospects, accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
Some local travel required, on average 4 nights per month.
Must Haves:
SMT industry experience.
The ability to maintain higher than normal profit margins, in a highly competitive industry.
Must possess solid prospecting skills.
Must be a hunter not a farmer.
Strong closing skills required.
Outside sales experience.
Good technical skills and the ability to work with engineers.
Knowledge of the territories.
Prior success selling capital equipment and/or systems.
Must have track record of earning $65,000 and above.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
