Machine Designer, SolidWorks Job #3811, Akron, Ohio Hoping to develop a new generation of equipment that will improve existing processes and grow market share, a well-established manufacturer in Akron is seeking to add a Machine Designer to their team. The initial focus of this role will be machine design from concept to start-up to include generation of 3D drawings using SolidWorks, component sourcing/selection, and in-shop troubleshooting/de-bug. Long term duties will include process improvement, cost reduction, and technical support. Experience with automated manufacturing machinery/processes is a must. Pipe bending equipment design experience will be considered a significant plus. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
