Plant Manager
Weve been retained by our client, a global leader in their industry, with a Plant Manager search located in Akron, OH.
This position will be responsible for managing all plant operations and improving employee engagement.
The successful candidate will be expected to find opportunities for building production processes, continuous improvement, building and maintaining employee relations, and the overall increase of operational efficiency.
This is a high-impact position that will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the future success and growth of the organization.
