Responsibilities:

Provide supervisory direction to the Maintenance supervisor Coordinate with the Operations team to schedule incoming equipment for service Communicates relevant information to the maintenance department Provides support to the Maintenance Manager on tasks and projects as needed Skills & Competencies:
Be able to demonstrate attention to detail and excellent follow through on tasks Team player and can collaborate with other members of the company Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and have strong time management skills Familiar with Microsoft Office products and intermediate computer skills Supervisory
Responsibilities:
This position will supervise (1) direct report Qualifications and Requirements:
Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent A minimum of (1) year previous relevant office supervisory experience required Maintenance shop scheduling & planning experience required Familiarity with DOT regulations preferred Physical Requirements:
The individual needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
They constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, fax machine, and computer printer.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 15 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
