We have a great relationship with our customer base, so we strive to serve them with the highest quality customer service and be the bridge for all their needs.
This position is entry-level and no experience is required.
Key
Responsibilities:
Identify customer's concerns and needs Convey basic understanding of products and services Develop customer relationships Manage and maintain customer accounts Document interactions and update customer accounts as needed Qualifications and Skills:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
