We are currently seeking a friendly and high-energy person to be a part of our team! This is a full-time position in our Akron, OH location.
What is this role about? In this role you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and text message Work closely with a team of technicians on their monthly routes, daily service calls, and customer needs while they are in the field Determine customer wants/needs and handle them with ease Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer concerns Display active listening and superior customer service skills for all customers Handle the sale of a new customer by effectively following a script (sales experience is a plus!) Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
