The Account Manager's role is to develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.
Ultimately, a successful day should be collaborating with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services on the daily.
Responsibilities Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet development goals Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Daily training and development with your team Skills Strong Student Mentality Proven work experience building relationships with customers, clients and coworkers Demonstrates the ability to communicate, present and influence existing/new customers Future minded individuals looking to advance in the industry Proven ability to multitask and apply new concepts often Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid experience with CRM software (e.

Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is helpful Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field is helpful, but not required Being able bodied is helpful, but does not limit this role Job Type:
