Our Accounts Payable Department is seeking a motivated individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:
As a Temporary Auditor in our Accounts Payable Department, you will play a crucial role by assisting with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Invoice Auditing:
Review and audit invoices for accuracy, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
These invoices are entered by colleagues from outside of our centralized AP department.
Travel & Expense Auditing:
Conduct audits of Travel & Expense entries to verify their accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Small Projects:
Collaborate with our team on small projects that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our department.
What We're Looking For:
Self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and excel in their auditing responsibilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient task completion.
Impeccable attention to detail, as precision is a cornerstone of our auditing processes.
Training:
Your journey begins with training at our Akron location.
During your initial weeks, you will:
Week 1 (Monday-Thursday):
Acquire equipment and commence training under the guidance of our Lead Auditor.
Week 2 (3 days in office/2 days remote):
Enjoy a hybrid work arrangement, with Wednesday and Thursday in the office, and one additional day that you can choose.
Many of our team members prefer working three consecutive days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
