Way-finding and appointment scheduling Pre-service registration Insurance verification and co-pay collection Answering questions and concerns Providing excellent customer service skills Presenting a positive impression of Summa Health To Qualify:
(a) High School Diploma or equivalent; (b) Strong interpersonal skills; and (c) Experience in registration a plus.
