We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Corporate Driver to join our weekend driving team.
As a Corporate Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities by providing safe and efficient transportation services for our employees, clients, and executives.
Responsibilities Transport clients and executives safely and efficiently to and from designated locations.
Adapt to alternate routes when necessary to avoid traffic or road hazards.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, including refueling and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
Obey traffic laws and use defensive driving techniques to ensure the safety of passengers.
Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and equipment as needed.
Keep a daily log of driving activities, including mileage and any incidents.
Coordinate vehicle issues with the dispatch department.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Stay updated on local traffic and weather conditions that may impact travel plans.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information or high-profile passengers.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Dispatch Manager.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if required.
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Defensive driving certification (preferred).
First aid and CPR certification (preferred).
Experience driving executive-level personnel (preferred).
