We are currently seeking a full time, onsite, IT Assistant to provide technical support for CHC personal computers.
This entry-level position places service calls to vendors on a priority basis, assists CHC Staff on their technology questions, monitors incoming requests (IT work orders), contacts requestor to clarify and resolve their issue or, escalates the issue keeping Director and IT Staff appraised of activities.
Primary responsibility of CHC's IT help desk operations falls within this position's activities.
This position must follow up on the service calls to be proactive in closing and completing outstanding issues.
Will assist with Electronic Health Record system.
The IT Assistant performs reporting activities as assigned by the Director and administratively supports the IT Department.
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma; proficiency in personal computer and printer repair including hardware maintenance necessary.
Proficiency in All Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
Must have the ability to work with a team or workgroup, follow directions, organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in an environment where constant interruption occurs.
A willing attitude and flexibility is necessary as this position works with all levels of staff and the priorities might change abruptly.
Self-confidence and mature work ethic is required.
