Apprenticeship Service Provider What You'll Do Be part of a team that works directly with employers, training providers, and other stakeholders, Assisting them with the development of registered apprenticeship programs.
Work with employers, training providers and other stakeholders in the development and maintenance of Registered Apprenticeship Programs and related transactions Offer ongoing technical assistance to Registered Apprenticeship Sponsors Assist with apprentice registration and other related transactions Properly interpret and apply Registered Apprenticeship regulations (OAC 5101:
11) Provide stakeholders and partners with information on other workforce programs Deliver informative presentations on Registered Apprenticeship Respond to all correspondence within 48 hours of receipt Necessary Skills:

At least 18 months experience in state & federal regulations governing implemented training &/or employment programs AND at least 18 months experience in public relations AND at least 12 months experience in labor market data & employment trends AND at least 6 months experience in operation of computer terminal &/or personal computer AND must provide own transportation OR Option 2:
The equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.

Pay Information This position is in the State of Ohio's OCSEA Pay Schedule, Pay Range 31.
Unless required by legislation or union contract, starting salary will be the minimum salary of that pay range (step 1, currently $25.
45 per hour).
These ranges provide a standardized pathway for pay increases.
With continued employment, new hires move to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter.
Cost of Living Adjustments increase wages in these ranges each fiscal year.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
