The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of related work experience.

Hiring Manager leads a global data platform.
Ingesting vehicle streams of data into the platform.
BA to work with HM to collect requirements from many different business units.
Team consists of 10-15 people.
It will grow with new changes coming to the company.
Looking for someone that is ambitious, resourceful, has a good understanding of the development process and detail oriented.
Will be open to considering candidates that are only interested in contract roles as well as contract-to-hire candidates.
Bachelor's degree is required for a FTE position.
Expereince is more important that education for this role.
Top 2 must haves:
Good at detailed documentation/ attention to detail.
Ambitious/ willing to take on new activities.
Specialty knowledge (Business Domains:
OTC, Procure to Pay, FICO, HR, etc.
) (Technology Domains; E-business, Mobile, WEB, ERP, Digital, etc.
) or has extensive Functional Analyst, Enterprise Architect or Developer experience.
Business Analyst eliciting requirements and being a conduit between IT and the business.
Experience in supporting and consulting to various aspects of functional business units (i.
e.
Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Product Development).
Possesses a high level of expertise and knowledge in various business processes and understanding of the underlying technologies.
Highly collaborative with the ability to engage in interviews with business and IT, both individuals and teams.
Experienced in gathering detailed business & functional and non-functional requirements, documenting business processes and understanding of software development methodologies.
Knowledgeable of emerging and competing technologies.
Bachelors degree in relevant field.
The BA works primarily with internal customers to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business requirements.
Additionally the BA will review business requests, complete business cases and lead documentation of processes.
The successful candidate will be able to work under minimal supervision.
The Sr.
BA will work primarily with internal customers to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business requirements.
Additionally, they will provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to fellow business analysts.
The successful candidate will be able to work under minimal supervision as well as within a team environment.
The Sr BA also demonstrates a firm grasp of BABOK concepts and has diverse portfolio of project experience and has worked with several methodologies.
The Sr BA is preferred, but not required, to hold an industry known certification.
