Qualifications:
Licensed as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or CCC-SLP Minimum of an Associate's Degree Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical education such as teaching courses, presenting CEUs, and/or staff education/training Experience as a Clinical Instructor Strong verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills Must be able to travel as necessary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ownership of all educational and clinical programming designed and developed to drive clinical outcomes Analyze the education, programming, and training needs of the organization for accurate identification of clinical growth opportunities Develop, implement, and continuously improve clinical education curriculums, training materials and training tools, based on clinical needs of the organization Develop and coordinate implementation of clinical programming in collaboration with the leadership team Develop, coordinate, and manage clinical competencies based on the clinical needs of the organization Identify Relias education needs and develop educational plans as needed for therapy positions and staff development in collaboration with leadership team and CommuniCare Director of Education Develop and implement clinical recognition programs identified by the leadership team including but not limited to Clinical Instructor, Mentor, and Care Champion designed to advance clinical practice Oversee clinical initiatives including but not limited to BCAT, Student Program, Clinical Recognition Programs, etc.
as identified by the organization Develop and implement internal CEU program in collaboration with the leadership team Participate in compliance investigations as directed by the leadership team Participate in collaborative clinical quality improvement initiatives as identified by the organization Provide clinical expertise and leadership to the region/organization as necessary to improve clinical services across the organization Assist with new employee orientation as requested by the leadership team Assist with denials as requested by leadership team Complete required forms and documents in accordance with company policies, guidelines, and state and federal regulations Review and adhere to the policies and procedures outlined by the organization Recommended Skills Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Clinical Practices Clinical Works Communication Coordinating Leadership Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
