Front of House Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service and running a successful restaurant.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service and the culinary arts.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards - Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed - Ensure adherence to budget and financial goals - Oversee all daily operations, including opening and closing procedures - Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner - Manage service, pricing, and customer relations - Plan menus and select recipes - Supervise food preparation and presentation - Ensure high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety - Develop strategies to increase customer base and improve customer retention
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and people management skills - Previous experience in food service and customer service - Up-to-date knowledge of the industry's best practices - Solid understanding of financial targets and budgeting - Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and restaurant management software - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Recommended Skills Business Administration Communication Culinary Arts Customer Relationship Management Customer Service Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
