Summary:
Provides general nursing care to patients in outpatient behavioral health clinics settings following established standards of practice.
Provides direct care, education to the patients and their families.
Assists in the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of the care provided in outpatient behavioral health services.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Formal Education Required:
-Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of professional nursing, or a school accepted for candidacy status from an accrediting body.
-Current license as a Registered Nurse by the State of Ohio.
Experience and Training Required:
-One (1) year of experience in mental health/substance abuse treatment.

Qualifications:
-Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
-Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
-Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
-Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
-Requires exposure to communicable disease, body fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, and other potentially hazardous conditions common to a clinical environment, such as risk of falls, strains, etc.
-Maintains current Basic Life Support certification; If not credentialed, they must successfully obtain ACLS certification within six months of hire.
Knowledge of medical equipment and instruments to administer patient care.
-Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work-Demonstrates expert interpersonal skills and skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the community.
-Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency.
-Population Specific Competency:
Ability to effectively interact with populations of patients/customers with an understanding of their needs for self-respect and dignity.
Level of Physical Demands:
-Heavy:
Exerts 50-100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or ten to 20 pounds of force continuously to move objects.
Recommended Skills Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Basic Life Support Behavioral Medicine Certified Nurse Practitioner Clinical Works Finger Dexterity Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
