Required Qualifications Under general direction, plans, develops, coordinates implementation, ensures compliance, and supervises functions and activities within a federal and/or State of Ohio mandated program(s) unit and in cooperation with other program units.
Reviews and interprets policies, procedures, and regulations to provide technical assistance, training and guidance to staff and to respond to inquiries.
Participates in development of agency objectives, policies and procedures.
Supervises assessments and all program categories and direct service and support staff.
Represents agency in various contacts with governmental and community agencies and facilities, partners, clients/family members, and the general public.
Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
Preferred Qualifications Completion of bachelor's degree in social or behavioral science or public administration plus one (1) year of experience in service delivery in a related program area, and one (1) year supervisory experience in social program services, or combination of related course work and experience.
