Initiate outbound calls received through our website and other lead sources Answer inbound calls generated from multiple lead sources Serve as initial point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email Document and update customer information and interactions in the CRM Set sales/service appointments daily while staying within the given hours High degree of flexibility, dependability, and motivation Must be highly proficient with verbal and written communications Must be able to multi-task i.
