4 Quick Apply 11 hours ago Full Job Description The Maintenance and Facilities Manager will lead, coordinate and ensure the successful completion of activities involving repair and maintenance of all machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, production equipment.
You will oversee all physical aspects of the plant including service of electrical and mechanical systems; maintenance of production equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds; and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Directs maintenance personnel in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery and equipment.
Manages planned and preventative maintenance using Fiix maintenance software.
In charge of the condition and performance of all production equipment and support systems.
Works with production to ensure all planned maintenance is scheduled to coincide with production schedules.
Leads project management for maintenance and building projects.
Procures materials, supplies, and repair parts to maintain inventory as required.
Follows and enforces company and local work rules, safety rules, policies, work instructions and adheres to company standards and activities.
Attends maintenance and leadership meetings as needed.
Partners with Human Resources regarding issues relating to staffing, discipline, employee relations, and training.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Leadership and management skills with the ability to coordinate employees with different skills and backgrounds.
Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations as they pertain to plant operation and maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Experience:
3-5 years in a supervisory position.

years in the Maintenance field.
Injection Molding experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
Must be physically able to perform repairs when needed.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
