Description Note:
This position allows the selected candidate to sit remotely within the current Huntington footprint (IN, IL, MI, OH, KY, WV, PA, CO, MN, WI). Provides administrative support to our financial advisors. Responsible for day-to-day support activities, including preparing for client review meetings, responding to client inquiries, processing account transactions and assisting with account opening. Accountable for providing excellent service while building rapport with internal and external partners. This position will require you to develop an expertise on process, policy and procedure to assist with identifying, researching & resolving client account and operational issues. Must maintain a current knowledge of products, services, systems and related technology. Proactively assist Financial Advisors with reporting and account maintenance and problem resolution Intake of tasks from team email inbox from Financial Advisors Answering team's inbound call queue to receive tasks from Financial Advisors Required
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or 5 years experience in industry, 9 months customer service experience FINRA Series 6, 63 and Life and Health Preferred
Qualifications:
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills, and problem solving skills Familiarity with investment acumen, including investment products, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Ability to create and foster strong partnerships with business partners, working independently as well as in a team environment Demonstrated high degree of initiative and accountability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment; adaptive to change
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
