Flex - Team is looking for an experienced Rubber Mill Operator for a plastics manufacturing company in Barberton. We are seeking candidates who have at least one year experience of working as a Machine and Rubber Mill Operator who are looking for growth opportunities with a company that welcomes new talent and takes pride in producing quality products.The responsibilities and duties of the Rubber Mill Operator are as followsOperates extruders and calender mill to remove moisture from butyl rubber crumbsMust be able to operate various automated injection moldingsMust be able to work with various toolsLabel and pack various productsQuality Control observes color and surface characteristics of rubber Cut samples of product for laboratory tests and cleans undried rubber from rollers for remilling, using knife Hours: Monday - Friday7am - 3pmPay Rate: $10.00 per hr.Opportunities for advancement are based on performance, attendance and teamwork.To apply for this position fill out an application at Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
