Flex -Team is currently looking for Polishers and Inspectors for a manufacturing company in Norton.3rd shift currently available at this time. Polishers will train on 1st Shift for 2 weeks and then move to 3rd Shift after training is complete.We are interviewing candidates from Monday - Friday from 8am to 3pm.Polishers and Inspectors duties and responsibilities consist ofLifting 75 lbs. repetitivelyOperating machinesPolishing RimsDeburr RimsQuality Control Hours Monday - Friday1st Shift 7am - 3pm3rd Shift 11 pm - 3amPay Rate: $8.40 to startPerformance based raises given after 90 days. Must have good attendance and work as a team in order to qualify for production bonuses.Holiday and vacation pay will be offered only after having worked the required qualifying hours.Applications can be filled out at .Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
