Injection Molding Process Tech
Job Description:
Flex-Team Inc. is looking for experienced injection molding process technicians for a client in the Akron area. 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and 2-3 years of prior injection molding experience is required. Must know how to troubleshoot the machines when they need repaired and fix parts not being made correctly by properly adjusting the machine. Knowledge or experience in lean manufacturing a plus. Troubleshoots and resolves process and equipment problems. Directs and mentors workforce to safely manufacture products. Responsible for shift production, efficiency, and scrap. Documents and reports production and personnel data as required. Schedule employees and daily assignments to accomplish daily schedule. Ensure machines stay running during scheduled operation.
