Seeking individual with extensive knowledge of industry standards for plastic food packaging products and manufacturing guidelines.
Activities:
Lead, manage, and own audit activities ensuring quality initiatives are followed by all department and plant personnel.
Advocate continuous improvement projects and act as the internal quality compliance manager overseeing all manufacturing activities for plastic food packaging products.
Ensure adherence to industry and regulatory guidelines and standards.
Maintain records and reports to develop past performance evaluations and recommend changes to production activities.
Evaluate quality metrics and key pes to determine improvement levels in all departments.
Champion FSSC 22000 and PAS 223 certification through training and implementation activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with strong knowledge of industry and regulatory standards for plastic food packaging production.
Ability to develop, grow, and lead a team of quality auditing personnel.
