Seeking Fleet Operations Manager out of Akron, OH!

Today, the company operates 4,445 stores in the USA, 1,900 stores in Canada and 2,250 stores in Europe with an additional 4,630 internationally licensed locations. Currently they are seeking a Fleet Operations Manager in their Akron, OH facility. This company hires only the most skilled professionals who are dedicated to top quality customer service. Overview
Fleet Manager duties include but not limited to: Responsible for supervising drivers and truck fleet, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and discipline. Responsible for submitting payroll. Communicate and coordinate with centralized dispatch team to schedule drivers. Meet compliance and safety measures for local, state and federal laws. Perform periodic equipment audits and ensure drivers conduct safety and equipment checks on trucks. Participate in preparing annual budgets, etc. Travel may be required. Schedule is Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed. 40
hour work week. Paid orientation/training.

Compensation
$60,000-$65,000 per year average to start

Requirements
3 years fleet management with supervisory experience Plus -
5 years experience in petroleum dispatching, fuel hauling as a driver or working in the heavy trucking industry
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word preferred
TMW or similar dispatch software experience required
Good communication skills
