A well established and growing original equipment manufacturer located in the Canton metro area is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for their team.
Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience with heavy industrial machine design to include engineering calculations and design support.
Experience using a 3D CAD design software is highly desirable, however not required.
Additional requirements include:
BSME or BSMET Ability to comprehend customer specifications in order to translate them into functional design Demonstrated experience taking projects from Cradle to grave in conjunction with other design team members and fabrication shop associates Experience with the generation of all necessary calculations Strong working knowledge of machinery fabrication processes Experience with MS Office Suite and AutoDesk design software
