Our client in the Akron/Canton area is looking for a Project Coordinator. This is a 1 year contract position!
Job Description:
Meet with customers, subcontractors, Sales, support groups, architects, vendors and various engineers to coordinate, installs. Directly Coordinate: All Installation projects in your area. Internal Interface with: Installation Manager, Installation Supervisor, Architectural, Sales, Systems and Service Associates and Support (Divisional/Regional/Headquarters). External Interface with: Customers, vendors, architects, sub-contractors and various engineering personnel/Building and Zoning Departments. Schedule jobs - work with the project managers and the install tech in the field Call the install locations a couple days out confirming the tech will be on-site to do the install, e-mailing the same a couple weeks out. Work and manipulate excel spreadsheets and search for data (look up locations, contact personnel, etc). Help the coordinators with some of the tasks that they have to do - check list, equipment lists, scope of work information Some data entry into the excel spreadsheets Strong oral and written communication, hard working and self driven.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
