We're looking for an experienced Home Inspector to contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues or defects.
- Inspect various systems and components of the home, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and structural elements.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform inspections and accurately document findings- Document findings and prepare detailed inspection reports for clients.
- Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements based on inspection results.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection findings and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure accurate and reliable inspections.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and certified Home Inspectors preferred, but not required.
Pay incentives for any ancillary certifications (well/septic, radon, wdi, mold, sewer scoping, thermal imaging, drone operator).
- Knowledge or background in construction management, quality inspection or related field preferred.
- Ability to understand the layout and structure of a property, construction techniques, materials and building codes.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or defects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data collection and report writing.
-Must be able to stand, crawl, walk, climb and lift 50 pounds -Cell phone with data plan -Clean back ground (federal and state) -Valid drivers license required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
