Assist the Supplier Relationship Officer in the sourcing of various products and services related to Information Technology and Telecom Services. Maintain strategic supplier relationships that will enhance the ability to provide effective implementation. Coordinate complete programs, including supplier oversight, procurement, inventory management, and delivery company wide. Specific emphasis will be placed on; Mobile/Wireless Program oversight, procurement of Telecom Wireline providers, network and communication system procurement, contract review, and pricing negotiations in alignment with industry terms.
Typically Requires
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance or Accounting. A minimum of 6 years project management or equivalent experience. Hands on experience with a spend analysis, eSourcing software tool set. Deep working knowledge of sourcing, procurement and accounting processes and best practices. Expertise in P&L accounting and financial analysis. Experience with spend analytics. Ability to drive results across decentralized, diverse stakeholder groups. Proven analytical/problem-solving skills. Proven team leadership and facilitation skills. Demonstrated critical thinking skills. Effective oral, written and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Effective prioritization skills. Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
Preferred
MBA. Expert MS Access skills. CPA or CFP. Experience with the Ariba suite of products.
