As part of our Non Profit Call Center, you will handle inbound and outbound calls on behalf of causes that touch all of our lives. You will make a difference by raising funds for health and humanitarian organizations, museums, and public broadcasting organizations. The organizations we work with provide support to thousands of people every day, and you can provide aid to these causes while you are at work!
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Basic computer skills Must be able to read and follow instructions Good people skills a must: Friendly, listens well, patient and empathetic Experience in telemarketing, and/or customer service is helpful but not required Has the ability to work a specified schedule which includes working one weekend day High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is desirable
