Responsibilities of Position:
Review and verify new and add-on customer transactions for credit approval Utilize system tools and resources to make accurate and profitable lending decisions Review customers for potential credit line increases Process alternative applications - Internet, mail-in, instant credit call in Meet mandatory department objectives including response time, call answer rate and quality service levels Establish rapport with field personnel calling in to create positive image of department Participate in making outbound calls to verify application information Take customer applications accurately, including verifying information and making accurate lending decisions Achieve monthly productivity and quality goals as established by the Management team Respond to field personnel inquiries regarding confidential customer information Evaluate field personnel concerns regarding sales and resolve application or account issues in order to help make a sale on a credit account
Qualifications Desired:
High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year customer service experience in retail or call center environment a plus Working knowledge of computers and keyboard data entry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Possess problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills Exceptional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Experience answering inquires Able to interact with various work groups and field personnel
Must be available weekends.
This position pays $12.65 an hour!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
