Manage the financial performance and operational condition of the commercial loan servicing function (CLSF), including ensuring compliance with SOX 404, SOP 03-3, HMDA, Flood Insurance, bank policies, etc., and insure that audits by regulatory agencies, investors, internal auditors and external auditors are completed in a timely and complete manner with any findings or recommendations promptly addressed.CLSF to provide support for all commercial lending operations in addition to normal commercial lending this includes Asset Based Lending, Capital Markets, International and other more complex commercial lending relationships and interact with external banks and bank groups to service syndicated loan relationship.
Typically Requires
Bachelor's degree in a business related field, 10 or more years' experience in supporting specialized commercial loan operational support functions, successful experience in a higher level management position with a company of similar or larger size or commercial loan operations of similar size.All consumer purpose loans secured by a mortgage, deed of trust or other equivalent consensual security interest on a dwelling are subject to the S.A.F.E. Act. Individuals that take a residential mortgage loan application or make modification to that application and offer to negotiate terms of the residential loan are required to register under the act.
Preferred
Graduate level degree or work, senior level management experience bank processing support function or similar senior level management experience in a mid-sized bank consumer/commercial loan operational support function, 15 or more years' experience.
